SPECIAL INAGUARTION EDITION: Welcome to a New Day in America
Eight things to expect during a Second Trump Administration
The first 19 days of January have been a long year, but we’ve made it! The national nightmare known as the Biden Administration is about to end. As we look forward to a new day, let’s reflect on what we can expect starting today.
1. A secure border.
Finally. The United States, under the direction of Trump’s Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) Tom Homan will execute the largest deportation in U.S. history. On Day One, the Administration will issue more than 100 executive orders, with a substantial amount focused on border security, including reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy that prevented asylum seekers from entering our country while awaiting trial.
When the panic from the media escalates, we need to remind them that Obama deported 5.3 million aliens, earning him the nickname Deporter-In-Chief while he campaigned for re-election in 2019, as reported by CNN.
2. A Rebuilt, Lethal, Non-Woke Military
A top priority of the new administration is to rebuild our decimated military and establish a stronger, more lethal fighting force that will reconfirm our position of authority on the global stage.
Never again should we see a disastrous and humiliating military operation such as the botched withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. We will no longer have to endure the D.E.I. policies that have hamstrung our ability to create a lethal fighting force. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is officially dead in the United States Military.
With the appointment of Pete Hegseth as the Secretary of Defense, we may even witness accountability for the generals responsible for the deaths of 13 service members during the summer of 2021.
3. American Energy Dominance
The Trump Administration is committed to restoring the country's energy independence, which it enjoyed during the first Trump term. It has vowed to “drill, baby, drill.”
The chasm between the views of the two administrations on this issue couldn’t be any wider. One of Biden’s first acts as president was to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline, the 1,200-mile project that would have ferried more than 800,000 barrels a day of Canadian oil sands crude from Alberta to Steele City, Nebraska.
But, instead of boosting our economy, preserving our independence from countries (especially those hostile to America), and creating thousands of new jobs, his administration has obstructed U.S. energy production at every turn.
A positive sign of the commitment to energy production for the second Trump term is its rejection of so-called clean energy sources, such as windmills and solar panels.
When Scott Bessent, Trump’s Energy Secretary nominee, was asked if the United States would be able to match China in the Clean Energy Race, he responded,
“To be clear, China builds 100 new coal plants each year. There is NOT a clean energy race. There is an energy race.”
4. A Substantially Smaller, More Productive Government
The newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.) has already begun making good on its vow to slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure federal agencies.
Just the announcement of the new department has sent shock waves through the various agencies. Hundreds of thousands of federal employees are promising to resign the day Trump takes office.
The first cut Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, the heads of D.O.G.E., plan to make is to close the Department of Education and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, sending the governance of these areas back to the state level. This promises to be only the beginning.
5. A Healthier America
Many Americans are waking up to the fact that Big Food and Big Pharma have been colluding for decades to make us sicker and more disease-ridden in order to increase our dependency on medical interventions and drugs.
One study shows that 80% of processed foods in the U.S. are banned in other countries. 80%! This research included in the book “Rich Food Poor Food: The Ultimate Grocery Purchasing System (GPS),” by Mira and Jayson Calton, lists multiple additives and preservatives illegal in other developed countries:
Synthetic growth hormones like rBST in dairy
Chlorine washes for poultry
Azodicarbonamide in breads
Brominated vegetable oil in citrus sodas
Potassium bromate in products like pizza dough
BHA, BHT, and other preservatives linked to health issues
Food dyes like Red 40, Yellow 5 and 6
But change is coming. News of Robert Kennedy, Jr.’s nomination to head the Department of Health and Human Services has thrust the food and medical industries into a panic. Amid pressure, the FDA agreed to ban Red No. 3, a dye found in many candies, ice creams, Maraschino cherries, and even some cough syrups and gummy vitamins. This additive has been linked to cancer and behavior problems in children.
6. No Biological Men in Women’s Sports
This insanity has gone on far too long, and now the gig is up. The House of Representatives unanimously passed H.R. 28, The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025.
“The bill requires any school that receives federal funding to fully comply with Title IX and not permit biological males to compete in sports programs or activities designated for women or girls,” according to Rep. Daniel Webster (R, FL-11).
H.R. 28 must now be passed in the Senate to be signed into law. Although Republicans hold the majority, the bill’s passing will still require some Democrat support.
7. The Return of Law and Order
In contrast to the weaponization of government against political opponents and the prioritization of criminals over victims we’ve witnessed over the past four years, law and order return today.
Trump’s pick for Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, told the committee during her confirmation hearing that she will “return the Department of Justice to its core mission by targeting gangs, drugs, terrorists, cartels, our border and our foreign adversaries.”
As a promising sign of the things to come, The Laken Riley Act, a basic measure that requires illegals who commit crimes in the United States to be immediately deported, has passed in the House of Representatives and will move on to the Senate.
The bill passed in the House despite the fact that 159 Democrats voted against deporting criminal illegal aliens.
8. A Less Chaotic World
Could we see peace in the Middle East? It’s too soon to tell, but the odds are greatly increasing.
Although the Biden Administration is quick to take credit for the pending Ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, everyone paying attention understands that it is Trump’s threatening Hamas with “hell to pay” if the hostages are not released before he takes office that sealed the deal. With Trump back in the White House, we can expect Iran, Russia, and even China to take notice.
The Wrap-Up
America is back, baby. No longer will the monkeys run the zoo. We can look forward to all this and more, and Trump has yet to take office officially. Stay Tuned as What in the World explores more of the Trump Effect in upcoming weeks.
Thanks for reading, and remember to always pursue the Truth.
Renewed hope! God Bless America!
What is NOT to love about ALL of this?! As for those about to resign, good riddance, don't let the door hit ya on the way out! Lord, thank you, we ask you to keep your hedge of protection around our President, amen.
