At the end of November every year, Apple releases its annual Holiday Ad. Unlike the typical abstract or even animated advertisement featuring blue-haired Hollywood-types like Billie Eilish, this year is different.
On November 29, Apple released an ad showing a father with hearing loss who was unable to properly hear the joyous moment of his daughter playing a song on a guitar until he put in an AirPod Pro earbud. Forbes Magazine touts the commercial as an emotional triumph and a winner.
Five years ago, a commercial featuring a touching family moment would not even raise an eyebrow. But today, when a “normal” family stars in an ad from an ultra-progressive company like Apple, it’s a canary-in-the-coalmine moment—in the best possible way.
What in the world is going on?
Apple is not alone, either. We are seeing the proverbial pendulum swing back to where it belongs. Other signs that we are winning the cultural war:
1. A Beautiful, Blonde Female Wins The Miss Universe Pageant
Unfortunately, something so pedestrian as a biological woman winning a beauty contest is headline material in our culture today. But we’ll take the win!
2. Speaker Speaks the Truth about the Transgender Craziness
Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the third-in-line to the Presidency, sent shockwaves through the media when he said, "A man is a man, and a woman is a woman.” This came in response to the pushback against his refusal to allow a biological man wearing a dress to use the women’s bathroom on Capitol Hill.
3. The Washington Redskins are now Uncanceled
Newsweek is reporting that the owner of the Washington NLF franchise met with the NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell, and the Senate Leader, John Thune, to bring back the Redskin name and logo.
A name reversal would be "a win against this woke mindset/sensitivity we've seen the last couple of years," conservative influencer Amir Odom told Newsweek.
4. The Ten Commandments to be displayed in the Classroom Again
All Oklahoma schools are now required to incorporate the Bible and the Ten Commandments into their curriculums. The Superintendent of Public Instruction, Ryan Walters, said the Bible is “one of the most foundational documents used for the Constitution and the birth of our country.”
5. Revival is Breaking Out at State-run Universities
Thousands of University of Georgia (UGA) students were water-baptized in pickup trucks after a UNITE US event held early this year. Many colleges are holding similar revival meetings, and hundreds of thousands of young people are receiving Jesus on campuses around the country.
6. A Post-Election Celebration Breaks Out in Worship
In the starkest contrast possible from the “Diddy Parties” associated with the far left’s Satanic Death Cult, the victory celebration after Trump’s win in November included a spontaneous chorus of “How Great Thou Art” by the crowd.
7. NFL Teams Stop Celebrating Pride Month
Pride month, a.k.a. June, was quiet inside the NFL this year. During 2023, the month of June looked like a firestorm of rainbow-colored uniforms and symbols on Sunday afternoons around the league. Not so in 2024. Eleven NFL teams opted out of acknowledging Pride Month insanity:
The Pittsburgh Steelers
Cleveland Browns
Cincinnati Bengals
Tennessee Titans
Kansas City Chiefs
Denver Broncos
Dallas Cowboys
Detroit Lions
Green Bay Packers
New Orleans Saints
Atlanta Falcons
This is not a right-wing conspiracy, either. MSN reluctantly reported on this new phenomenon.
(Notably missing from this list is the Baltimore Ravens. Is this why the Steelers are going to win the AFC North?)
8. Planned Parenthood to be Defunded
The new Trump Administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.) has signaled that it will cut nearly $300 million in federal funding to Planned Parenthood. The organization receives over $500 million per year from the government. What will happen when the abortion industry has to self-fund in the same way as pregnancy resource centers? This will not end well for PP. (Thank you, Jesus!)
9. Disney Removes a Trans Cartoon Character
Citing the need to appease Republican politicians after the election results, Disney pulled an episode from Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur series. This show focuses on how a classmate, “Brooklyn,” faces prejudice when s/he is forced to play on the boys’ soccer team and how it brings “darkness” into his/her life.
The Moon Girl series was not renewed for a third season. That’s very telling, too.
10. Walmart Cut its DEI Department
In fact, in addition to Walmart, a host of Fortune 500 companies are rejecting the radical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda: Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply, Ford, and Molson Coors. Even Microsoft has reportedly downscaled its DEI department.
11. Missouri is Banning Transgender Treatments
Twenty-six states are currently restricting or banning trans surgeries for minors, but Missouri became the first state in the nation to successfully defend the ban at the state court level, declaring it to be “Constitutional.” The Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey said, “We will never stop fighting to ensure Missouri is the safest state in the nation for children.”
12. The Los Angeles Times is Moving to the Right
Conservative CNN political commentator Scott Jennings has joined the editorial board of the far-left Los Angeles Times in order to “bring balance” and “include diverse viewpoints.” Could it be because the newspaper lost upwards of $30 Million in 2024? Again, it doesn’t matter. Let’s take the win and move forward.
13. Target Celebrates Christmas this Year
Say what? If you remember, Target was the headquarters in 2023 for tuck-friendly girl’s swimwear (Eww!) Could the company’s newly found desire to celebrate the most traditional Christian holiday of Christmas be because its earnings tumbled 22% in Q3 of 2024, heading into the holiday season? Regardless… winning!
DEI is dead. Wokeness is being canceled. The legacy media is on life-support. The radical Trans agenda faces opposition at every turn. Planned Parenthood could soon be out of business. And spiritual revival is happening at our college indoctrination camps.
Yes, we are winning. But this is only the beginning. The trouble with allowing the government to dictate the moral climate is that it can change with every election cycle. Let’s not waste the next four years! Now is the time for pastors and Christian leaders to once again lead the charge to Make America Godly Again.
Let's pray it continues!
Amen!
